I found it unfair that the Belvilla agency is sponsoring this building as "Magnificent mansion in Apecchio", omitting that the real name of the building is Relais Valguerriera and the nearest municipality is Piobbico, not Apecchio. The fact that it is not stated that the framework in question is Valguerriera does not allow the public to be able to search through it and therefore read reviews/experiences from other users. The water in the apartments is sulphurous, the smell is a bit pungent, but you get used to it. We were told it was drinkable but we only used it for cooking and laundry. No telephone line and Wi-Fi in the apartments. Going outside, you can steal some kind of signal, but it is minimal. I think it's important to consider this aspect because the certain isolation you experience can be beneficial for those who want to take a break and switch off completely, it becomes more problematic if you need to communicate effectively at work or otherwise. The interiors are very simple and spartan, a few more accessories in the kitchen or bathroom can come in handy.
