great welcome. cute house on three floors complete with bathroom with sauna and turkish bath. gorgeous view. i even did some smartworking one day and it felt like i was in heaven. highly recommend!

The house is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the Sibillini mountains, close to the center of Amandola, with very convenient parking a stone's throw from the apartment. On arrival we were met by Simone, a very kind and helpful young man. The house consists of three floors connected by a beautiful wooden spiral staircase and has three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. Room with comfortable beds, air-conditioned, well maintained and clean. Very large and bright bathroom with sauna and jacuzzi shower. Very large and well equipped kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher, microwave and oven. The breakfast area with stools and the dining area with a nice TV and sofa are lovely. On the day of departure, it was hard to say goodbye to our house, which we love very much. We will definitely return.

We stayed 4 nights with 2 people in this brand new structure. Let's start with a greeting, excellent, we were contacted several times prior to arrival to inquire about the check-in time and the location of the apartment. Upon arrival we were greeted by Simone, young, friendly and helpful, who showed us all the features of the apartment and services. We're talking about the rooms, all nice and spacious, with great views of the Sibillini Mountains and open views of the valley. The house is quiet and in the center of the country with convenient parking spaces and close to the main square. A fully equipped kitchen is an added benefit of the apartment which is already beautiful in itself, a breakfast area with comfortable stools, a spacious dining area with an extendable table and a comfortable seat for 6/8 people and a nice huge TV. Furniture delivery completed. The house is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing after hiking or walking. Outside the valley, overlooking the valley, is the old mule trail (now interrupted and unused) that connected Amandola to Fermo, truly typical, though deserving of a better arrangement. Both the sauna and the shower-jacuzzi with a hammam are excellent, the bathroom is spacious and bright. The characteristic feature of the apartment is its location on 3 floors connected by a wooden spiral staircase, solid, safe and quiet, which made us a workout for our hikes, kitchen, bathroom, bed, bathroom, kitchen...etc... We made some steps, but in the end you get used to it. Comfortable beds even if the mattresses are a bit hard and complete with duvets and duvets for the coldest ones. What can I say, it is better not to find, at least for our taste. On the morning of departure it was difficult to leave "our" cottage, we loved each other, as I hope you will if you decide to stay here.
