Elio is a great host.

The garden and pool were in unusually good condition for a temperature of 35 and above. Everything is green and clean. The owner comes every second day and asks if everything is ok and cleans the pool and garden. Summer food is great. Very well equipped with everything and more you need to prepare all kinds of meals. Each room in the sleeping area and the living room has air conditioning, which is good on warm days, especially at night, then it is not hot during the day. All in all an ideal home with great views and great interiors for families and small groups of up to 6 people. I will be back for sure!

The villa is in a very good location. Pool and garden in very good condition. We felt very comfortable. Elio is a great host and fulfilled all our wishes.

The villa and especially the outdoor area with a huge swimming pool, fruit and olive trees are beautiful and kept in very good condition. The environment is very quiet so you can find plenty of rest. We really liked the summer kitchen. The large covered outdoor area made it possible to sit outside even when it was raining. e Elio as the host was very helpful and accommodating. He was regularly on site to clean the pool and brought back sweet or savory surprises with him. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for this!

Elio the owner was very kind and helpful, he is a very nice person. Kind and attentive, he asked us to tell him everything he needed, and in the morning, for breakfast, he often brought us traditional Sicilian pastries. We didn't have a beach umbrella with us, the next morning he showed up with a brand new umbrella! He cleaned the pool every two days. The garden, plants, yard are kept in very good condition and always very clean. The position, connected with fast roads, is convenient for visiting the whole of Sicily. The house is spacious and air-conditioned. Very comfortable beds. Equipped with everything. The summer kitchen is top for organizing dinners with friends, there is no lack of space. The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden from which you can enjoy the sea view. Photos on booking do not convey the beauty of this place.
