Corner of paradise
A cozy and familiar structure nestled in the middle of the Piceno hills. A breathtaking view that gives you both a room and a sweet breakfast offered with care! We can't wait to come back for another nice weekend. Wonderful and very hospitable people!

A true oasis of peace
The room we stayed in is really very nice with a gorgeous terrace equipped with a baby cot, table and chairs. I believe that the peace you feel in a bed and breakfast is priceless, a true oasis of peace. Even the very efficient and friendly staff, upon learning of our lactose intolerance, immediately went to buy us milk and lactose-free cookies for breakfast! Also very convenient location, 10/15 minutes from the beaches of San Benedetto. Highly Recommended!
