First and foremost - the location. Amazing location one minute from the sea! Just cross a road and you're there. The fact that there was an air conditioner in each of the rooms and also in the living room was a saving grace for us at the end of August in Bat Yam. The host is lovely and was there for us in anything we needed. She even told us about events happening in the area and receiving the key and entry codes was easy and convenient. Also in the kitchen there were enough plates, cups and glasses for all of us and there were towels for everyone.
The accommodation itself was not what we expected. In the description it says that there are 15 beds, but in reality there are only 2 double beds and a bunk bed. This means that 6 people sleep on a bed, and the rest have to sleep on mattresses or on the couch. There are 3 bedrooms, which should be enough for 15 people. The bedding was also inadequate. The sheets didn't really match the size of the beds and it was difficult to put them on the whole bed, and everyone who slept on a mattress or on the couch didn't have a sheet at all, and not everyone had a blanket either.
