I did not like anything about the structure, very small rooms, closet that could not be opened, had to struggle to move the chair in front, and then finally the closet doors opened.. Soiled and not pure white sheets, towels and a full bathroom luckily they didn't smell that strong!! All corners of the bathroom and the room itself are very dirty! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They changed our room but the result was the same, we also found hair in glasses in the tea corner apparently in the bed between the sheets etc. In the first room we were given the door was left open, because it had already been locked several times and there were all traces of forced entry, although the key did not fit well. For a four star result, this was disappointing, perhaps not even comparable to a hostel! !
All !! Apparently, a pleasant environment, but after a minute you notice the high dirt around, the staff is very helpful and kind! ! Very old, ruined structure, very dirty marble in the bathroom With traces of time! Disappointed!!!
Nothing
Filthy. Chaotic. No window. Dark and on a dirt road. Terrible breakfast. I do not recommend this.
A very basic Indian style hotel located in a very lively area with lots of shops and places to eat. The staff are available and try to accommodate your needs quickly. Average room, with free water and kettle and minibar for a fee, large bathroom with a very comfortable shower. Another advantage is the ability to order breakfast in the room at a certain time, even if the latter has enough room for improvement. This is a good place for a couple of nights to visit New Delhi!
There is a lot of room for improvement in housekeeping and overall the room we were given needed a bit more cleaning and refurbishment. The flow of hot water for washing was not always continuous and regular, and the supply of toilet paper was made only after a phone call to the reception (but this happens in almost all India for local use, except ours). Breakfast in the room consists of salty foods (eggs, sandwiches), pastries (porridge with goat's milk), toast and fruit with local Indian tea: I would say that it can be greatly improved, both in quality and quantity!
Set in a back alley of a beautiful pedestrian area where shops, restaurants and more are easy to find and finally some peace after the chaotic city traffic, the helpful staff are even generous with advice on how to get around the city. There is no restaurant, breakfast, for those who wish, is delivered to the room at the time you ask.
Updating the walls will help hide dead zones and insects.
The location was just a short walk from the station. There was a partition between the toilet and the shower.
I was able to escape safely, but when I checked out, I was forced to give it a high rating on the spot, and I was surrounded by two or three staff members, which made me feel scared. I expected it to be a 4-star hotel, but I can't recommend it because it doesn't have hot water or good water pressure. We recommend that you do not take the hotel based on the high evaluation.
