Nothing, the next night when we were in Delhi we paid 20 euros more for a 5 star hotel and it was the best 20 euros we spent in India.
Dirty, cold, they gave us a blanket that smelled of sweat and was damp. The staff were not at all friendly. We were put in a room on the first floor and then transferred to another one on the third floor which was the same. At one in the morning, friends of the employees were with music and a party in the next room. We had to go out to ask them to stop and they took notice
The staff were very friendly, polite and tried very hard to fulfill every guest's wish. The equipment was good, but sometimes not in the best condition. For me, the "western" toilet and shower were important, as well as the stone floors, which was done. The location of the hotel is good as it is in a fairly quiet and safe area, but very well connected to the city centers by metro. The breakfast was traditionally Indian, quite tasty, but there was almost no choice and it ended up being a bit monotonous. The wifi was reliable.
The cleanliness of the hotel is generally good, but the windows or hard-to-reach areas (on the closets) are obviously hardly removed. Furniture or plumbing is sometimes not in the best condition and should be better serviced or replaced. Sometimes agreements were not fulfilled (for example, breakfast at a certain time) or forgotten. There was no way to heat the room, it was very cool at night.
Large clean room with comfortable bed. Problem with hot water but since we were only there for one night we didn't check with the front desk. Very close to metro! Good value for Delhi
The location is very close to the metro, the room is large, well equipped and clean. Everything is as in the pictures, the staff in general is very friendly and respectful above all. We arrived an hour before and the receptionist Saurabh was very kind and allowed us to enter at no extra cost, he solves all your doubts very quickly. Accept credit cards without problems, which is not very common in hotels in India. We liked it, we'll be back. Also, there is a small business just steps away from the hotel where you can find everything!
