The staff is very friendly and helpful
It is very noisy the phone rings for hours without stopping even at 5 in the morning. Lots of door knocks and works all day. It is in a noisy area on the street but does not affect the interior
There is a travel agency attached to the reception that will make reservations for trains and planes on your behalf. They gave me a round trip train to Agra for about 2300 rupees including 2400 rupees handling fee.
Cold shower and no heating. They lent me a simple heater so it's ok
