The hotel is very cozy, super clean, everyone is kind and ready to help. We were able to tire our luggage at the front desk after check-out and return to pick it up before traveling to the airport. Thanks !
We requested a quiet room and our request was taken into account. The room overlooks the dilapidated buildings, but this was preferred over the street noise (chaotic and full of horns).
I think the food price was a bit overpriced compared to all the hotels we stayed in in India. The noise of the air conditioner was quite loud (there is no way to adjust the fan).

The structure is a bit decadent, perfect for those looking to capture the atmosphere of "old Bombay" right away, but overall, given that you will be outdoors most of the day, you can get away.
Very nice staff, good breakfast, very clean linens and towels, very large rooms. Good room service. Generally recommended.
