location. REST NOTHING 0
You didn't know who worked at the hotel, they weren't in uniform. The natives, did not understand English, except the ones at the reception. Breakfast very very poor. I asked if they had juice and was told they don't serve juice. I had to buy them myself, the days that remained. There is no place in the reception area to sit. Very cramped and small bathroom. Shower with minimal water outlet. Despite having a shower door, the water came out, the lower external part was not sealed. When pulling the cistern, the water came out from behind. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. POSSIBILITY OF REPEAT 0
we had a nice private balcony and room service served us late.
The breakfast was plentiful and the service was very correct. Location close to Linking Road with many shops and eateries. It was perfect for us but I know the area because I have been to Mumbai before. I can definitely recommend the hotel for Westerners. The guys at the front desk were very helpful too. We were upgraded to a bigger room for free.
We have no cons everything was good.
