I really only had problems with the staff. The boss was very condescending to me, and he would not agree with even small requests, such as a bucket or a Wi-Fi password on a piece of paper. Unfortunately, the other guys from the hotel don't seem to know what to do and since they barely speak English (that's not what they can do) it is difficult to communicate with the staff. We ordered a couple of times, which was a real riot, but then they forgot everything and we didn't get what we ordered two more times. Breakfast is included, but breakfast is a bit naughty. There is a dish that the boss decides and everyone gets it. So there were two slices of toast spread with jam. I found this to be very inappropriate. The hotel itself has nothing to complain about. But the service is such a disaster that I wouldn't want to stay there any longer. There are many nice houses in Arambol.

What bothered us was that our room was not cleaned even once during the week, and the pool was kind of milky, probably not quite clean (we didn't go in). A moped is absolutely essential if you want to experience the typical events of Arambol, which are a little out of the way of your accommodation.
