The hotel is not very suitable for those who like to hang out at night and sleep for a long time during the day: 1) Noisy, strong audibility of neighbors and staff outside in the morning 2) Very sunny side in the morning, the windows are directed to the east, the sun did not let you sleep

The ground floor is noisy and there is no balcony, although the room was booked with a balcony. The room description on booking.com is not true. If you want to change the towel, bed linen, wash the floor - you need to ask for it.

Breakfast is very meager: either scrambled eggs or two toast with a lump of butter or jam and a small cup of tea or coffee. We booked and paid for a room with a balcony, but upon arrival it turned out that the hotel has 4 rooms, in principle, without balconies, the owner is hiding this information on the website. The cost of more spacious and comfortable rooms with a balcony and small dark rooms without balconies are the same. Upon arrival, they promised to relocate to a room with a balcony in a couple of days, but they never relocated. The rooms were not cleaned, the bed and towel was never changed in a week, the trash bin was not taken out. Only when they themselves put a bag of garbage out of the threshold, they threw it out, in the following days they still did not take out the trash can. The tap was broken in the room, we washed with warm water only once a week. The tap was reported, but it was not repaired: they came to drain the water for 20 minutes until it became warm, after which there was no warm water for the next and subsequent days.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it is dirty and dusty. Cold water was periodically turned off, boiling water was pouring from all the taps. Dirty bedding, and the duvet cover was never given. The worker took 1400 more than the reservation. To the owner's credit, a few days later the money was returned at my request.
