We had the impression that the staff cared more about local guests than about visiting tourists
it was not possible to sleep due to loud and continuous noise all night. boys around the corridors were singing, shouting, playing music, slamming doors. despite repeated requests by telephone, via official booking channels, personally at reception (my partner went at 4 in the morning to ask them to intervene) nothing happened. the situation was totally out of control and also not exactly safe. nobody intervened and we managed to sleep only 1 hour, between 6 and 7 in the morning. we applied for compensation but it was denied and we were given 2 sandwiches for lunch. as well as incompetent also miserable. and this should be a 5 star….stay away if you can and avoid wasting your money and having the same experience as us…
