Lousy
To say the least, they helped us to hire a taxi from Jaipur to Agra, the communication was good before the trip.
Firstly, when we arrived at reception they told us that if we wanted a better room we would have to pay a little more, since we supposedly had booked something better. Second the towels were stained we asked for a change and it was, then the sheets were stained and we called reception to get them changed, two people came up and one of them made the whole thing a bit annoying. Our stay at Crystal Inn was very unpleasant, we do not recommend this hotel at all.

Close to Taj and, accordingly, all sorts of souvenirs, etc. On a tuk-tuk ride 100 rupees, on horseback 200. Quiet street nearby. Because of the proximity to the mausoleum, the surroundings are less clean
The Internet is caught only at the reception, and then not always. The rooftop restaurant was not working. The floors in the room were dingy and overall the room was far from new. Someone used tea stands for a long time and many times under ashtrays - the staff does not pay attention to the felts, everyone does not care ... Well, yes, for such prices, you can survive

Upon arrival, the person who met us said that breakfast was included, except the next morning when we were forced to pay on the spot. All this is not very serious !!!
