Incredible cleanliness, order and comfort. Erika, the owner, is a charming woman. He made our stay very comfortable, he came up with plans and ideas for 3 days in Budapest. He left us many details in the apartment so we could enjoy them as a couple. Incredible. If one day we repeat in Budapest, I would not hesitate to contact her again to stay in her apartment!!!
The only downside was that the sink was very cold as there was no heater or heating in it, but nothing major.
Excellent location. The host is very welcoming. A very nice mini apartment, clean and nicely furnished. Being close to the tourist attractions, this apartment is a perfect location for visiting the city.

The location is excellent, in the very center, near the Danube. The owner was great, she was very helpful and answered any questions. Next time if I'm in Budapest I'll ask her if it's free. Proven person!
Cool place for two in my favorite area of Budapest (Buda). Very close to Castle Hill, Margaret Bridge and other city attractions. The room with kitchen and bathroom is new, well designed, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Definitely a place worth recommending. Free parking next to the river (~ 300 m). There were some problems getting the keys. Very friendly host was unable to come and sent a friend who speaks basic English. I recommend installing a physical box with a code bolted to the door. This makes collection easier at any time of the day or night. Having trouble getting the keys because the gentleman (a nice owner as it turned out) spoke poor English.
