The hotel is either new or newly renovated. It is on the "main street" of Tigaki and has very good rooms. The front desk staff and the breakfast lady were very friendly and helpful.
You cannot bring your own drinks into the pool. We wanted to finish our (open) stake, so the pool staff immediately approached us and explained that it is not allowed to drink the drinks you brought with you in the pool.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Every wish was read from your lips.
The cleanliness of the room, the hospitality of the staff and the comfort of the hotel.
Breakfast was not varied enough
Pleasant staff who do their best to ensure that the guests have a good time. Location. Not far from beaches, and good restaurants and souvenir shops nearby.
Airconditinon works poorly and is unable to cool down the temperature in the August heat. Bad Wi-Fi. Not 5 star facilities at all. Poor cleaning.
