amazingly kind and willing staff, very clean, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent cuisine (breakfast and restaurant), unique view of Metsovo. one of the few hotels with a 24-hour gym!

The room smelled musty and stuffy, there was not enough ventilation in the room. The only ventilation was in the bathroom, which was obviously not enough
