Central, spacious apartment
The apartment has its own parking space and everything is on the ground floor and is therefore handicapped accessible and at ground level. The apartment is super centrally located in Xanten city center. The rooms are very large, especially the bathroom.
There were small pieces of dust in some corners and the shower floor in the bathroom wasn't completely clean. Otherwise everything was great.

It's fine for a weekend
Location was great. Own parking space at the apartment. Well equipped kitchen.
Premises were not clean. Drainage channel in the bathroom very clogged and partly mold in the joints. Outside neglected.

Comfortable apartment right in the old town
The apartment is spacious and very well furnished. Very nice rooms. The location is excellent, right in the old town with its own parking lot. Everything is within walking distance.
For my taste, there were far too many cobwebs in all the rooms and the oven hadn't been cleaned.

Great apartment
Great and large apartment in an excellent location. The city center with the Christmas market can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We felt completely comfortable.
