We liked the location, cleanliness, amenities.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped, there was even a fondue set. Also basic spices, oil and more. and an unexpectedly large number of kitchen appliances. Each bedroom has a TV. The location is quiet in a residential area, but thanks to the nearby motorway you can reach the center of Salzgitter, Wolfenbüttel or Braunschweig very quickly. Shops can be easily reached on foot.

I have mixed feelings about this stay. On the one hand, it is spacious and surrounded by a garden. Efforts were made to update the rooms with wall posters and ornamentation. Each room has a TV. The beds are good, the bedrooms are blacked out with shutters. The kitchen is well equipped (unfortunately no freezer). WiFi works fine. The garden is shared with neighbors upstairs, but each has a corner with their own terrace, out of sight of each other. There is a parking space in the driveway, out of sight of the street. But, on the other hand, there are also disadvantages: in some places it looks a little sloppy, a broken garden chair in the corner of the terrace, a barbecue unusable due to adhering dirt, a toilet in which everything works. time and, despite being notified of the first one, was never repaired in the evening, some rattling wardrobes, kitchen pans that are unusable (a cut layer of teflon), a crooked lounge chair with a creaky leg, ... The house is located in a dreary quiet suburb. With a park, sports fields, community pool (indoor and outdoor pool!), supermarket and bakery within walking distance. You won't find many restaurants there (unless you're a pizza fanatic). A good base for visiting the neighboring village of Wolfenbüttel or a little further from Goslar or Autostadt.

Very nice, well-kept garden, which we immediately got used to with grills available for preparing a small barbecue in the afternoon.
