Good

The rest of the house is in a very quiet location. When the windows are closed, the gorge is inaudible. The interior of the house is very neat and, as shown in the photographs, is in very good condition. There are no defects inside, except for a broken safe.

Unfortunately the safe was broken. The slope shown in the photo was not well-groomed, rather overgrown. The large wooden deck also needs painting. The photographed stone barbecue is no longer there either.

Very nice holiday home

The holiday home is on the property. It has its own terrace overlooking Wimbach. There is a carport. Photos are not embellished and show reality. The house has a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a dishwasher. The kitchen equipment is very good. A very nice country-style guest house is located 30 meters from the house on the neighboring plot.

There are no unfulfilled desires left.
