Poor organization on the part of the administration, but overall a nice apartment.
The elevator didn't work, it was taken care of and so far there has been no response to the complaint from the administration. Due to physical complaints, this apartment was chosen because of the elevator.

Amenities, location, (almost) everything
Couch (leather) is noble, but not easy to use, you can't sit well, constantly slipping down - not good, uncomfortable. The left bed squeaks as soon as you lie down or move. Is disturbing for the second in bed.

Recommend!
I was there with my girlfriend, large apartment. Everything clean and tidy. The kitchen, living room and bathroom were modern and kept up with the times. The highlight was of course the view from the balcony. Absolute pleasure. Actually, nothing is missing.
We didn't like the couch. The leather is very "slippery" and not comfortable. It should also be mentioned that the shower on the left side is not completely sealed and water leaks out.

beautiful scenery and views, apartment highly recommended
great view, nice bathroom, right under the roof with beautiful skylights
before Easter little was open (restaurants, bars). it was pretty empty
