The Italian downstairs in the house works until 22:00, the noise of the stream upstairs in the apartment does not interfere and is quite normal. But when the restaurant staff has finished their work and then shouts and laughs loudly on the terrace, it is very unpleasant. Just like all this in the back parking lot for the publishers, and loud music in the car and screaming until 11:30 pm is really impossible!!!!!! The bedrooms overlook the parking lot and it was very annoying. Opposite the parking lot, glass containers are installed throughout the entire territory, where vacationers can return glass at any time of the day or night!

Unfortunately you never get sun on your balcony. Not very far from the beach and the pier, but all approaches are blocked by fences.

The light flickered and crackled, and a long crack formed in the middle of the living room and bedroom walls. We then fled after cracks formed and had to look for a hotel room at 9pm. During this time, no one could be contacted by phone. They could not offer us an alternative apartment the next day either. Unfortunately there was no accommodation from Port 54 who manages the apartment regarding refunds. Now the lawyer has to explain it. A pity!

The way Port 54 Rentals/Management treated us as customers was incredibly disappointing. We were informed 2 hours before arrival (!) that our apartment is not available due to water damage and that there is no equivalent. It might happen. The most acceptable solution for us was moving from one apartment to another after 2 days. Help was refused. But: move out of one apartment at 10 am, move into the second one at 4 pm, which would cost us a day of vacation and cause problems with our refrigerators. This suggestion alone annoyed us. Only after 1.5 days and personal and telephone conversations, we even managed to organize cleaning (cleaning costs 89 euros by the way) so that we could leave right at noon. Our request for a small amount of compensation was denied (“the hosts do not give us a free hand”). The area is very new, and the neighboring ones are still under construction. But this did not bother us much, since we were absent all day anyway. Wi-Fi did not work in the first apartment, it turned on again and the next day it went out again. The shower did not heat up three times. The first time there was a response from Port54, the 2nd and 3rd time no longer.
