The room cleaning did not take place. The toilet or the sink was cleaned. Only new towels were provided. The restaurant and bar were never open.
the room was not really clean I was offered an upgrade to an AC room for double the price even though it was September and the room already had AC very antiquated facility with saggy mattresses
