Check in catastrophe, parking lot situation was poorly explained, 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days, bed as a folding bed was nowhere, sauna area defective, if we had been informed beforehand, we would have booked something else, room ok, chic but impractical, lamp outside defective, After three attempts to call, I have not received a call back from the owner or management
