-Except for the bathroom completely inadequate, etc. Very outdated room lighting (inexpensive LED technology not only from yesterday on the market!) => leads to devaluation - Single bedroom windows are too small (ventilation is almost impossible) and quite dark during the day. -a microwave in the kitchen would be nice - It would be nice to have a little more cutlery so you don't have to fiddle with the dishwasher (half full) after every meal. -Although 4 taps (too much!) are provided for a week, but there is neither salt for washing dishes, nor rinse aid (both signal lights are on!): there is a risk that the dishwasher will fail sooner or later - The cabinet door under the refrigerator does not close - Socket in the living room (will drop out soon) - The cup holder for towels and toothbrushes is loose or completely unusable. - The pillow is useless, you can't sleep on it; Therefore: bring your own - Dishes (especially ONE pan) must be replaced: EVERY dish depends on it! - On the balcony of the living room, the tiles of the terrace are shaking: one of our children bruised his toe and bled to death! - Vacuum cleaner, broom (very limited use only) and dustpan should be in EVERY room, not spread across multiple rooms. - Parking spaces are too tight, 3 cars next to each other. Entry and exit is not possible without scratching the neighbor's car, especially if - Neighboring hedges are not trimmed => Tip: park behind the hedge in the meadow, if other parking spaces are occupied, be careful: the outdoor water tap is nearby! - The property usually gives a somewhat untidy impression => a beautiful apple tree with large apples, but no one takes them and under which you make your way in the rotten mud of fallen apples => Do not cut hedges and bushes => When entering and leaving the site, you are afraid to tear off your bumper (front sensors beep very vigorously)
