The cleanliness in the rooms was not sufficient. Cobwebs, old tissues, dust and dirt under the cupboards and sofa. However, this is partly known when cleaning companies are hired.

Carrying luggage from the car to the apartment was too far without a trolley (5€ rental).

Honest? Toilet flush. I always had to rinse several times until everything was gone.
