MONTEURWOHNUNG - Gesamtes Apartment

ALL. Booked a 'Entire Apartment' for 12 nights, 7 people max, where only the bathroom was to be used. I ended up in a public structure of about ten rooms, 3 levels, two of which are assigned to me on the second floor. EVERYTHING is in common except for the aforementioned assigned rooms. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with shower are all on our floor, stinks of unwashed food and pots, boys come and go even after 1 am to go to the bathroom and get food even after midnight. Cleaning is equal to the pigsty who opened the door for us when we checked in was the tenant on the first floor, it was not the manager of the building who told us that our rooms did NOT have heating, etc. condition, outside 5 degrees. I resisted 2 nights in cold weather to negotiate with Booking and find another accommodation. They even had the guts to charge 100 euros for the final cleaning, I don't add anything else, the attached photos speak for themselves on how we found the structure upon arrival. I had to pay for two nights in the cold and cleaning for a total of 286 euros, it's a shame!!
