The Bundesstrasse leads right past the house and not just cross the road. The beach opposite is right on the nudist site. A little further is the military zone.

there are no blinds because they are very bright and loud; the bed squeaks with every movement; upholstered furniture smells unpleasant; we did not have warm water for 1.5 days, but this was due to utilities;

The kitchen should have a new coffee maker and a new fridge-freezer. The current models have done their job. The parking space solution is also not outstanding, although some parking spaces in the underground car park are still unoccupied. The location of the property on a busy main road is also not true.
