There was dirt under the beds - shower faucet broke - toilet was very small - we missed a closet -
Very nice room! The child was especially happy with the bed on the second floor. Soap, shower gel, toilet paper - everything was there, the bed linen was clean, the shower and toilet too.
Thin walls, it was good to hear the neighbors, but I do not consider this a big minus, the main thing is that it is a separate room)
The city was a 5-minute walk and 30 minutes from the S-Bahn. You could open the window because of the heat, but it was bright as day at night and loud
The air conditioning had failed. 35 degrees. Nothing was done when asked. On the first day we only had one sheet on 2 beds. WiFi didn't work the whole time. Hard to find parking space. After complaining, staff didn't apologize and didn't even look at me.
The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Arrival and departure went without any problems. I can't say much more positive things.
The room was a joke in terms of furnishings for 100 euros per night. Tiny TV, uncomfortable bed and very loud because you hear every noise from the other hotel guests.
Toilet is tight
