The property is located in a former shop on the ground floor. The location is excellent.
Almost all. Overpriced, basic, worn out amenities. Bad housekeeping. Mismanagement with the worst (almost fraudulent intent) customer service! There is no ventilation in the rooms. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, so no TV. The accommodation was inaccessible as the lack of wifi could not provide the door code. No help from the seller!
Coffee maker and TV.
The description says two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. On arrival we had to push the trash bags away from the front door and then quickly realized that the bedroom was missing. It was impossible to reach the hotline, so we had to place only two men on the sofa. If the description were clearer, the cleaning more thorough and, finally, there would be no garbage in front of the door, the atmosphere of the shop window could be forgiven.
very shabby, clean something else and open yoghurt and old milk in the fridge from previous guests is really too much!
The apartment is located in a former shop on the ground floor. This means: the windows cannot be opened, you think you are outside when you open the door. The sofa bed is behind this entrance. The apartment is shabby and unkempt. Neither clean nor tidy. Everything that was attached to the wall dangles or falls out of the wall: lamps, curtains, the shower rod in the bathroom. The bathroom is under water after every shower but there is no facility to re-dry it. There is also no broom or shovel. There is no foot scraper, so dirt from the street always blows right into the apartment. The combination lock in the apartment broke during our stay. NO emergency phone number on the door. There is no floor or clothes hanger in the closet in the living room. But there are old moldy towels and bed linen. In the bedroom, there was no storage space by the bed, not even a closet, only a shelf. There is no dishwasher, although it is indicated in the equipment. The HOMARIS staff are great at putting them off but generally unhelpful although we did complain about some of the shortcomings mentioned upon arrival.
This rating does NOT apply to property in Gaudystr. On the way to Berlin we were told by phone that the booked property was unavailable due to water damage. We were "redirected" to BUCHHOLZER STRASSE 9 in Berlin. The object does not appear in any list. The location is very close and was acceptable for us. In general, the location is very good for city guests.
The sight of the store converted into an apartment almost made me turn back. Our children immediately offered you to sleep after watching. Graphite sprayed, windows disguised, a door lock that doesn't deserve a name, a key safe unlike the explanatory video - the first impression was terrible. Inside, carelessly assembled furniture (from a flea market?), an old shower cabin, a window without a handle, in the bedroom the boiler rests on a screwed board. Instead of the advertised Netflix, there was a small TV without an antenna that could not be used. But there are threats everywhere: if you are too loud for the neighbors, you will be kicked out. The neighborhood party until Sunday at 3am was probably something else. Since the landlord urged me to leave a review several times, I did so. If homeowners are (forced) to live in such conditions, I feel sorry for them.
