Staff are friendly. Location is great, close to the metro and everything is easy to reach with a taxi / bolt. Rooms are neat and fully equipped.
We slept on the 8th floor and there was a party on the 9th floor. The hotel seemed otherwise fairly empty. In addition, it was very hot in the rooms because of the heating (travel period November)

The location is terrible, far from the center, in the evening there is nowhere to walk and it's scary. We were with a small child, we were placed in a room next to the cafe, which is located on the roof and every evening there were discos that prevented us from sleeping. Soundproofing is completely absent from the word. The rooms were cleaned haphazardly, if you can call it cleaning. Water was not always supplied in the room. I do not recommend.
The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station. Fresh renovation in loft style and polite guys at the front desk. The room had everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, soap, gel, toothbrushes. View of the city and mountains. I recommend.

Constant noise from air conditioners. Loud music after midnight. Unfriendly staff. Animal abuse. The room does not match the photos. Constant interruptions to Wi-Fi. The smell of cigarettes from the ventilation.
