A place with local flavor
The furniture is old, but quite suitable. There is a shared kitchen nearby, you can cook something other than tea. The windows were facing the street, 1st floor, but the noise did not really interfere.
We were in a car, we did not find a place right away. You can find it by the house number. In the kitchen, it would be nice to provide matches or a lighter for non-smoking guests. You have to park on the street, there is very little space inside.

Breakfast and welcome schnapps in the morning at half past five after being picked up from the airport :) very familiar and helpful. we will be back!

A very pleasant atmosphere. Super hosts.
Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly hosts treat their guests exclusively. Delicious breakfasts, portions are sufficient. The room has everything a tourist needs, including a kettle. We were in the winter, but the room was well heated and the tap water was hot. We highly recommend it.

Atmospheric place
Guest house, close to Rustaveli Avenue. Plunged into the atmosphere of old Tiflis. The yard, the house, the furniture, every detail tells about the past. It was very interesting! A very pleasant hostess, she fed me a delicious national breakfast, gave me good advice on transport links in Georgia.
