Apartment 5 minutes drive from Torre Fautea
The apartment is new with a large terrace in a good location 5 minutes drive from Torre Fautea beach.
Upon arrival, in addition to the €500 deposit specified at the time of booking, we were asked for €100 for cleaning - it would have been nice to have this information at the time of booking. On the day of arrival we were informed that the washing machine was not working and that it would be replaced, no one ever showed up and we had to wash everything by hand for the entire stay without any inconvenience discount. There is also a mistake in the description of the house, as it is not a "property by the sea", but a very comfortable house for access to the sea (Torre Fautea beach is only 5 minutes away). The terrace is very large and well maintained, but there are no traces of the sea on it.

Spacious mansion 1.5 km from the beach
Spacious cozy home fully equipped. Super kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge freezer. And a lovely washing machine 3 spacious bedrooms and a large terrace. And air conditioning.
Quite a lot of traffic from the area that drives past the house. The garden means nothing.
