I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this rental. The reality of the stay does not match the description on the site. When I booked the room, there was an advertisement on the site for "double bed 130-150 cm". In fact, these are two single beds placed side by side, which the managers did not even bother to tie and simply covered with a sheet, and then, at my request, from the second day, a very mattress topper. How does two single beds placed side by side, not connected together, constitute a "double bed 130-150cm"? There is also a surveillance camera outside, which does not film the common parts of the house, but, in particular, the door to the apartment. Every time the tenant or his guests enter or leave, they are filmed. We can agree with this practice, but knowing in advance about video surveillance, which is not in the description of the apartment. There are electrical problems in the apartment. The light strip is constantly on in the bedroom. At my request, on the second day I managed to get a remote that did not work. There are also spotlights on the ceiling, which are poorly regulated and remain bright at night. The only solution was to turn those lights off on the circuit breaker! The rest of the equipment in the apartment is modest: a microwave, two mini-burners, a standard size screen TV... Nothing to justify the price. The leaders showed no genuine embarrassment at these inconveniences. It is all the more unpleasant to see how carefully the employee checks every corner of the apartment before returning the deposit of 400 euros. You have to be very careful, because the slightest scratch or the slightest HS light bulb can be a reason not to return the deposit. In short, with deceptive and false advertising and a poor price / quality ratio, I absolutely do not advise!
