Stay that I will remember for a long time, where I may return if the opportunity arises.
Home. A person who makes himself available to his guests. Interesting conversations, very culturally focused, which was fine with me.
It should be informed that the apartment is on the top floor without a lift, which may make access impossible for some people. (Me, it did not bother me). But maybe it is indicated on the site ...? I have not seen it...

Very bad, to avoid absolutely. Does not provide the service, and refuses to refund the reservation
Nothing, the service was not provided.
The owner of the establishment was absent, the communication was not sufficient to allow me to enter the premises. I had to find an alternative solution (and therefore pay for a second room) and the establishment refuses to reimburse me.
