Highly recommended for a perfect ski trip
The location was great for skiing in and out, and it was nice that I didn't have to worry about where to eat when choosing a meal-included option. The ski room was also located on the first floor, so it was very convenient. A free chalet is also nearby. In particular, our family had a friendly Korean staff, so communication was perfect, and it was so nice to ask anything and give a lot of useful information.

Everything is fine, if you fix the breakfasts and wifi, it will be generally perfect!
Very good location for skiers. Amazing dinners. Good, polite staff.
Very bad breakfasts. Worst breakfast in my life. How can you not cook even an omelette or scrambled eggs in a hotel? It's horrible. And very bad internet.

the spa, the reception, the catering, the service and the friendliness of the staff.
no kettle in the room, impossible to park which earned us a ticket, room a bit small. (all this compared to the price of the night).

Price quality is not quite right.
wine and staff.
The hotel is very old fashioned, rating 3, we agreed that the owner should no longer interfere with this!! He must be very old too. Give the leader freedom, and then, of course, something can be done from it. Youth is the future. If employees read this story, I'm sure they'll say it's true.
