Magnifique appartement avec vue imprenable

Nothing to say, they all tell us on the ad, it's incredibly beautiful, even the view and the neighborhood....

The balcony can only be used to a limited extent. 2 air conditioners work with a lot of noise, and the water has to be changed about 10 liters daily - otherwise the janitor threatens that the water will drain into the next apartment, only 2 rooms are equipped with air conditioners, it was incredibly hot in bedrooms 2 and 3, so the children slept on the sofa in the living room , the apartment is rather spartan, furnished without much love, the kitchen is not enough, there were not enough breakfast plates and egg holders, breakfast had to be from soup bowls, there was only one cooking pot. A less friendly and helpful caretaker provided us with an unguarded car park far below the house, for the price (7400€/month) you would expect something different, the second rooftop terrace can only be accessed via an adventurous construction, this has never been approved in Germany (maybe , and in France?), the skylight cannot be opened by a person over 60, it's so difficult! The landlord did not comply with the payment agreement! Despite numerous prior arrangements to pay in cash with a credit card, it was confiscated.

The only thing missing is a kettle and a tea bag.
