The owner is certainly welcoming, however for the winter seasons the heating is desired. The owner imposed a temperature of 19 during our stay so yes it is certainly in line with the presidential directives of the moment, however we who come from Dom Tom 19 degrees it is cold... We therefore settled at 20 to stay in the nails, to our surprise when we returned from a shopping day around 9:45 p.m. or so we noticed that the temperature of all the heating systems in the house had been lowered to 19. .. save money yes, but when we book a service it is above all for our personal comfort. I can't see myself telling tourists passing through Reunion to leave the air conditioning on 27 on the pretext that it consumes energy. Second point to raise, we had booked this accommodation for several months already, when we arrived the washing machine was out of order, so yes the owner offered to do our laundry at his place but personally I find it hard to give my underwear to a stranger, it could have been avoided.
