the location in relation to the ski slopes
dilapidated state of the building
Good flat.
The establishment is dilapidated. The bedroom mattress was not very clean and one of the duvets had a yellow stain.
faceless with poor soundproofing
Nothing at all
There were 4 of us on a motorbike trip when we said we were staying at this residence (unfortunately) we were given a code to enter and when we arrived the lights were not working we checked the mail where we were told they had a problem with electricity, and that they moved us from the apartment to another place nearby. It seemed better to us, since the posted photos of the apartment did not look like reality (I think they were taken at the opening), the corridors were dark, nothing was inhabited, old and neglected. When we got to the other one, the place was more or less the same, it seemed horrendous, but when we entered and saw that there was only a living room / kitchen and a bathroom, we were amazed, since the apartment that I booked on the page was for 6, It had no sheets or towels (several duvets in the closet and about two pillows), had a closet type bed that sank down, and a sofa bed (when you open it, the bottom was a mattress full of white hair (I imagine we couldn't sleep in. I sent them an email asking them to fix the towels, sheets and the apartment in general, and we called them, to which they did not answer. The next day, by mail, they wanted to contact me, but the damage has already been done it's been done i will never go back and certainly won't recommend to anyone And in closing to say they should have more cleaning (because there was an open ice cream box in the freezer) and take care of the customers as they ship them to a worse place than you er varon rascals.
