Good flat.

Clean apartment, well located because it is quiet with great views, 3rd floor, parking. Add 1 bottle of household alcohol to complete cleaning (switch, TV remote, toilet), especially during this covid period.

The entrance hall is in need of repair, cleanliness and repair.
