there is no lighting for the terrace, we didn't have the wifi password, the lights in the back kitchen and in the upstairs bedroom next to the bathroom don't illuminate anything, and the kitchen window and large bay window are hard to open.

We stayed at this house with 4 adults and 4 children. The house was not clean, the dishes had to be washed before use, the cupboards were dirty, there was dust in the bedrooms, the refrigerator did not work, neither the dishwasher nor part of the radiators. Some furniture needs to be replaced as partially damaged, the door does not close well. We reported our disappointment to the concierge who responded, but we are still awaiting compensation.
