Overrated rating
Renovated living room on the 1st floor and large terrace with SIDE sea views. The chalet is not facing the sea.
On the ground floor: a day care room and ONE COMMUNITY bedroom for 4 people in a chalet at a price of EUR 240 per night. We preferred to sleep on a very comfortable cap in the ground floor living room and use the refurbished first bathroom. Finally, at 240 euros per night, we think the bed could have been made.

Change of scenery, chalet Gruissan.
The first floor is very well renovated, very functional. Very well equipped. Very nice terrace. Close to the sea on foot. Impeccable kitchen, ovens, washer and dishwasher. The environment in the chalet is very friendly and helpful. Good quality shops nearby.
The configuration of the chalet is special, with separate basement and storey floors. The first floor is ok. The bedroom on the ground floor is a bit rough. But he's clean.

Calm and beautiful sea views
Well equipped, sea view, close to beach, shops and restaurants.
Lack of maintenance for the door locks of the chalet, closing the shutters and not listed toilet and bathroom, access only from the outside.
