Nice helpful staff
The cleanliness and interior design of the rooms are not professional. The rooms were completely noisy. Every opening and closing of neighboring doors was loudly audible.
The buffet restaurant is really good. A very pleasant surprise with a very friendly team. Joy ! Varied and very tasty dishes.
The soundproofing from the street is simply catastrophic! I thought our window was open!!!
The hotel is far from Paris but close to Genevilliers RER station and tram. The staff were pleasant and smiling.
The smoke from cigarettes of people smoking under the windows gets into the room because the window is old and let the air in from the outside...! The surroundings of the hotel are dark. RER ride to Paris is expensive.
