The location is great.
Trouble with collecting keys. They were hidden in a closet full of junk. There were not enough towels, sheets or pillows for all beds. We notified and the next day they took them to us.
ideal location for visiting Figeac, a stone's throw from the Champollion museum. close to shops and restaurants within walking distance. parking is not too expensive, free on sundays.
the other side of this closeness is noise. With restaurants and people screaming in the street in the middle of the night, it was hard to rest.
Great location, on the other hand, like a very old building, hi lack of discretion. Very poor soundproofing, you can hear your neighbors. But good, considering the age of the building!!!
Isolation - difficult to sleep when people are climbing stairs. Commitment to park your car away. With suitcases a little hassle, to be honest.
good central location Really nice apartment and comfortable beds.
Due to the single glazing, the apartment has a rather ring shape on the outside and is rather chilly in winter/spring. There are heaters in every room. No information in advance, resp. on site about the functioning of devices, disposal and the surrounding area. You are left all alone and must find everything yourself. An A-Z info folder would be helpful. There is Wi-Fi, but nowhere is there any information about which one and the code from it. We had to search for a day until we found the box hidden behind and under the furniture. The information provided by the landlord was also incorrect. Key transfer did not work. The key was out of reach. We had to wait an hour and a half in the cold until someone came. But it was much worse that NOBODY WAS/NOT AVAILABLE. The first phone number was unavailable. The second could not be contacted, and the third could not provide any information. It was really VERY ANNOYING! Other information that we can collect the key from the real estate office downstairs did not help either. It was closed. The fact that the cleaners finally had to intervene and were allowed to hand over their key was our salvation. But in the end, this led to an increase in the waiting time for delivery.
