Unfriendly welcome!
Very unfriendly lady
I accidentally booked and didn't set the filter for pet allowed When the owner saw my little dog it was a big no. And did she charge me the whole amount! I know it's my fault but still I don't think it's necessary to charge the full amount! And the way they talk to me was just very unfriendly!. I saw her thinking...nice, I have it in my pocket for free!...
