We booked this hotel to visit the Christmas markets in various nearby villages and the choice was spot on. Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast, spacious room, beautiful spa open until 10pm, parking always available, very friendly reception staff.
The room was clean but the corridor carpet was full of dust, crumbs etc especially near the lift and in our 3 day stay it was never vacuumed.
Location, equipment, excellent bedding, nice little swimming pool, lobby a bit cramped but welcoming. Very young but friendly staff.
Rather limited choice of breakfast (compared to a similar 4 *) and a bit laborious reassortment (15 minutes to review scrambled eggs ..)
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is quiet, modern and well furnished. The swimming pool is very nice. The hotel is very well located but away from the village.
The breakfast is very good and prepared with fresh products. The only downside: it is impossible to have eggs prepared in the kitchen. It would absolutely be necessary to provide towels for the sauna and the Turkish bath. Everyone comes with their pool towel; It's not hygienic at all!
