The property has been partially renovated. Services are more than mediocre. Not suitable for rent. The electricity is out of order. Dominoes, splitters and electrical wires are visible everywhere. Some devices are connected via extension cords or splitters. The rooms can only be accessed from the outside and there is no light to reach the unsecured outside stairs on the side. The rooms are arranged in a row and the floor is not on the same level from one to another. The only bathroom and toilets are accessible through the central bedroom where there is a large drop in the floor. There are also floor beams. No bedside table or side lamp. Only 1 bedroom has storage space for personal items. The bedding was very poor and must have been decades old. Back pain guaranteed. Ground floor: Wasp nests are everywhere: next to the front door handle, above and where cars are parked. The kitchen is well stocked with only utensils that are simply arranged on 2 countertops with shelves. There is no place to store food. The sink cupboard is broken, the trash can in the room is without a lid, there are no insides of the refrigerator, only 3 grids. Huge step between living room and kitchen. An old couch with questionably clean cushions. The wires from the TV screen lie on the ground. No advertised terrace, no garden, no outdoor furniture. Just a few chairs scattered around the abandoned yard. Only the car park is accessible for people with reduced mobility. In short, a real disaster. Ban rental. Does not meet rental requirements. Worst accommodation in recent years.

Only one toilet and one shower for several accommodations on site. But the equipment is new and very clean.
