too cold, accommodation unsuitable for winter rental
Heating, since I have bronchitis, the sofa in the living room was filled with humidity impossible to use? only the bedroom was heated by a reversible air conditioning. The shower and the washbasin as well as the toilets are in the room. A canvas wardrobe is placed in front of the toilets. Even in the university residences the toilets are independent. So the price is much too expensive or it should only be rented to one person.

air conditioning only works in the room, where the toilets are also without a partition, like this in the room, in other places it’s 45 degrees, I asked for a receipt by phone 10 times and never got it…

Good for just one night's sleep, but the big downside of the accommodation is the housekeeping, which we didn't get done at all.
bed linen was good.
room hygiene was limited the fridge had a lot of problems cooling our food. a small blanket was missing for one of my children in the extra bed...

Clean accommodation with a quiet room, suitable for 2 people
Nice clean apartment with good air conditioning. The room is quiet. Close to shops and parking.
Booking accepted the rental for 2 adults + 2 children while the apartment is for 2 beds + extra bed. Fortunately, the owner warned us. But the extra bed is of very poor quality. The sofa could be used for sleeping, but not older than 6 years old. The living room got noisier.
