Modern 2 bedroom apartment with pool & fiber optic in a quiet, private gated domain 5kms to St Tropez

It is important to know that there are many steps before arriving at the apartment! With large suitcases this is very difficult. There is no real view of either the pool or the landscape, in fact there is a small terrace, very poorly oriented, never in the sun, which overlooks the neighbors downstairs, who were about ten, very noisy, a lot of smoking and smell of bbq so impossible go out to the terrace when it was very hot (of course the owner had nothing to do with it!) no air conditioning and in the south we were surprised, but this is probably indicated. The pool is tiny and has been invaded by about ten Russians!! No doubt we fell very hard!! We stayed as much as possible on the beach and on walks so as not to stay in the apartment. The owner couldn't do much, but he tried. Exhausted, we left the apartment ten days before the appointed day, the owner gave us a discount for 3 nights out of 10 unoccupied days.
