ELEGANT DESIGN apt with VIEW on the ADOUR

Initial management, it seems that you are talking to the machine, we could not figure out for a long time how to enter the apartment and contact the "owner". The apartment has two big drawbacks: The water in the shower overflows, if you fully open the tap, even half you have to be careful, because all the water pours out and goes into the kitchen. The other one is the heating, it is central and often turned off, we had to call the owner to turn it on for us, but we had a couple of cold days. It's not that expensive to install electric radiators. If you can deal with these two shortcomings, the apartment is great. It would also be nice to add a board game, a toy for children... it's all very much from the jewelry catalog.

Summary of my stay: My one year old daughter had to sleep in a bodysuit, two pajamas, a jacket and a pair of socks and we had to take her to bed with us because it was cold; we slept in different sweaters and socks. And what's more, the drain in the shower was clogged and after 3 minutes of showering water overflowed from the bathroom into the kitchen. We were going to stay for three nights but we had to leave a day early because the situation was unsustainable and our daughter caught a bad cold. The treatment by HostnFly who manages the apartment is really bad and heartbreaking. Solutions? The heating could not be solved and for the shower I was told that I should buy a cleaning product from the supermarket. When requesting a refund corresponding to the whole stay, I was told that since we stayed the first two nights, they were not going to return the money to us. It's a shame that they are allowed to offer this type of accommodation that is not prepared for a mid-autumn stay with 9 degrees outside. As a last detail, to pick up the keys you have to walk 10 minutes from the apartment to the locker and return them to the same location (not the apartment itself). You must also take out the trash, empty the dishwasher, and put the dishes back in their original place. Towels, sheets and bedspreads must be removed and left in the shower. Of course they charge you 65€ for cleaning and maintenance. If you do not meet these conditions, they reserve the right to deduct money from the deposit (250 euros).
